Award winning poet originally from New York. Now a Los Angeles Latina Writer, Poet, lyricist, and painter. Studied Art at Cooper Union in New York City with Stefano Cusumano and Bob Natkin. Went on to graduate from CSUN, California State University Northridge. Retired as an educator with LAUSD, Los Angeles Unified School District as an AP English Teacher.
